What's included in all services:

  • Exercise + Nutrition Programming - Progressive results based on in-person sessions (and homework days included for both strength training and metabolic work as needed) so there is a game plan 7 days per week, as well as accountability.
    - Nutrition customized to each person's specific needs. and includes weekly macro breakdowns and in depth suggestions/planning for meal prep and convenience when home and when traveling. Includes optimal exercise cues, tempo, and execution strategy.
    - Full supplement recommendations for daily use, pre/intra/post workout, as well as specialty areas uncovered from the BioSignature testing.

  • Weekly or Bi-weekly Check-ins - via Skype, email or phone (online management and prep clients)

  • Exercise Videos - for homework assignments to provide proper cueing, tempo, and alignment on all movements.
